Dr. J.A. (Joost) van Boeschoten – Principal. Joost is a specialist in sourcing and collaboration between IT organisations. After a 25 year career as a consultant and manager in major international IT organisations, Joost started as an independent consultant in 2006 working with IT customers and suppliers. He helps them create successful collaboration between them, creating new relationships or improving existing ones. Joost’s project portfolio includes assigments at ING, NS, ABN AMRO, NZa, Philips, Heijmans, the Municipality of Rotterdam, KPN, the Dutch Ministry of Justice & Security, and the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Joost is a registered mediator with the Mediatorsfederatie Nederland (MfN), and associated mediator with the (SGOA / ITDR).
Arie Ossewaarde is an indepent consultant for IT suppliers and their customers who wish to chose the right partner and implement collaboration for complex IT-transformation. For more than 30 years he has been working with CMG, CSC en HP in senior commercial positions between supplier and customer. From 2009 to 2014 Arie held European responsibility for HP clients in banking and insurance. He knows from experience the success and fail factors in complex and business critical collaboration between customer and IT-supplier. With his expertise he makes sure that suppliers and customers take the right decisions when chosing partners and implementing collaboration.
Ir. J.P. (John) Batteram – associate John is a consultant, trainer and coach with a strong focus on leadership, team development and cultural change. He applies new leadership models that match the need for integral and inspiring managers. Earlier John had a 21 year career with CGI / Logica / CMG as manager responsible for systems development, application management and outsourcing. John holds certifications for Myers-Briggs MBTI (personality analysis) and Best Year Yet (programme management).
Gerard A.M. Otten FBCS CITP MMC CMC CISA Gerard has a background in IT and economics. He optimises processes and governance in organisations that are dependent on IT for good operation / collaboration. This he practiced successfully for many years at the Big-4 and with IBM at both multinationals and SME’s, in very large but also very small-scale projects. Since 2002 Gerard works as an independent consultant on a regular basis in conjunction with consultancies and partners in projects to optimise business processes and IT organisation.
Dr. P (Pieter) van der Ploeg is independent consultant with special interest in IT-sourcing, IT-organisation and (cloud)service architecture. Before that he worked with Dutch Railways in various positions including head of information management, head of CIO Office, operations manager and contract & vendor manager.Pieter was closely involved in the founding of the second telecom operator in The Netherlands, worked as management consultant with BSO and as datacenter manager and product manager with Philips Electronics.
He published articles on business continuity, service management and IT-sourcing. Pieter studied Chemical Physics and holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
Ir. Cris Buningh is a weathered business consultant and business manager helping commercial companies with design and realisation of innovative operating and sourcing models aligned to business strategies. He is particularly able to forge all strategic aspects of business activities, like processes, organisation, strategic sourcing, collaboration and resourcing into an effective working model. Cris combines his experience as both commercial business manager and management consultant to design and realise commercial impact for his clients. Cris has had extensive line and change program responsibilities in blue chip companies like Exxon, Atos, CSC and Shell and has led programs for Philips, Akzo Nobel, DSM, KPN and Unilever.
